Returns & Exchanges

At FUNKIN COCKTAILS, we want you to enjoy every sip, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our team is here to make it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are faulty or sent in error within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your cocktail mixers or bar equipment.

    Provide Evidence

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged goods or incorrect items, including the batch code and packaging, to help us process your claim quickly.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    Once reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After approval, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite cocktails or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
